What is The Art of Mattering?

- I set clear boundaries
- I eat wholesome food
- I exercise
- I prioritize sleep
- I cultivate connections
- I read my favourite books
- I practice meditation
- I walk my dog
- I hug my spouse
- I journal
- I pursue work that ignites me
When I truly believe I make an impact, I make daily choices that align with my Reason Why. The world around me responds, encouraging me to show up and be more of who I am. It tells me that my presence matters and that I would be missed if I were not here.
This is the Art of Mattering.
